Staff Immunization

Past Due Report

i. Group by Immunization

• On selecting the Past Due report and choosing the group by option either as Immunization or as Staff, this report can be generated. This report lists the immunization name and the respective dosage info and the count of staff who has their past due. (Figure 22)

• On clicking the Past Due Staff count (Figure 22) against an Immunization, will display the staffs for whom the Immunization is in past due (Figure 23)
• The details displayed in this report are Staff Name, Age, Phone Number, Email Address and the Past Due (dose).

ii. Group by Staff 

• On selecting the ‘Past Due’ option for Report Type and ‘Staff’ option under Group By and submitting the Past Due report, grouped by staff immunization report is generated. 
• The Staff Name, Phone number, Email address, Immunization name and the Missed due dose for every staff at the selected center along with the missed date will be displayed. (Figure 24)
